ABSTRACT

Imagination is very important mental activity in our tims of technology and science. It has similarities with creativity and originality which are considered as essential and valuable thing. Music is the most abstract and pure art, but it can stimulate and produce the imagination. Music education must help this imagination appear and develop in students. It has the capacity to bring the students who don`t want to be professional musicians. As a general curriculum in school it can help the students think, Imagine and feel the nature of the thing Pleasure of hearing the music is not the only raison d`etre of music. Music can have the relations with mental growth as well as the sense? For the students is who want to be a professional musician music educators must have a very delicate method. They don`t have to oblige students their musical value, and aesthetic criteria. It is the most important to give them freedom to express themselves acceding to their expression desire and imagination can be brought only under the freedom to think and feel. This is essential purpose of art and music.
