The Influence of Integrated Korean Traditional Music Education among Arts on Children`s Comprehension of Changdan

ABSTRACT

This research was focused on the effect of Korean traditional music education on the children`s comprehension of Changdan and could give the effective basic material for art education method. For five-year old children, experimental group was designed to undergo integrated Korean traditional music education among various arts such as Visual art and Movement. Control group was applied to Korean traditional music education based on instrument directions. The result showed that the comprehension of experimental group was improved better statistically than that of control group and the integrated Korean traditional music education among arts is helpful for the comprehension of all subordinate constituent of Changdan.
